1. How do we know that the product we buy is safe for us if we have allergies?

   
   We label products as follows:

   • 
     • If one or more allergens are present as ingredients or via an ingredient, they are clearly labelled in the ingredient list. 
     • If a risk of presence of one or more allergens due to cross-contact on a production line then products are labelled with the wording “may contain traces of…” beside the ingredient list. 
     • If the “may contain traces of…” wording is not present, then no other allergens are present other than any mentioned in the ingredients list.

2. Is your production facility certified?
